Locations within London Zone 1 incur a public transport fare based on distance. For locations further out, additional travel time and transport costs will be discussed prior to booking.

📋 Booking Policy

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. One free reschedule is available if requested at least one month before the session, subject to mutual availability. If the photographer needs to cancel and no alternative date can be agreed upon, the deposit will be refunded in full.

🕐 Delivery

Retouched images will be delivered within 7 working days of the session.

🌧️ Weather

For outdoor sessions, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather conditions. Rescheduling due to weather is free of charge and subject to mutual availability.

⏱️ Late Arrivals

The session will begin and end at the agreed time regardless of late arrival. Please aim to arrive on time to make the most of your session.

📸 Image Usage

The photographer reserves the right to use session images for portfolio and social media purposes. If you prefer your images to remain private, please let me know before the session.
